Yes. You can use these templates for whatever you want. They are totally free
Have you developed any wordpress themes using these CSS templates before? I want to learn more about creating a wordpress theme on my own. Direction appreciated!
Yes these are usable however you’ll need to put in WordPress loop and other code… so it’ll be more complicated. I’ll soon write few articles about developing WordPress themes – I will probably also make some blank templates that can be further modified.
